On Monday, I went to the City offices and filed my documents for my campaign for Mayor of Pflugerville. I wasn't there at 8 AM to file first or immediately, I didn't bring friends and followers, I didn't have a party.
There were more important things to be done.
My friend and Legion brother, Ed Zamora was being placed in the Killeen Veterans Cemetery. The Legion and I paid our Military respects to Eduardo, listened to the playing of Taps, and saluted farewell.
On my way home I stopped by and filed my documents. Priorities!
